Figure Four Lake – Fish Survey

In the first quarter of 2021, Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 118 (MUD 118) implemented a fish stocking program to improve the overall quality of fishing in Figure Four Lake. To aid in monitoring the habitat and evaluate past stocking efforts, MUD 118 will be conducting a fish survey on December 28, 2021.

During the survey, fish will be collected from the lake and evaluated, recording observations about the fish including size, weight, and species before being returned safely to the lake. The observations recorded will be used to evaluate the health and population density of the various fish species found in Figure Four Lake, and aid in planning future projects to ensure a healthy and stable population of fish.

Park Improvement Project

As Part of the District’s Park Plan, Fort Bend Municipal Utility District No. 118 (MUD 118) has begun implementing additional improvements to the parks, open spaces, and trails within MUD 118 common areas. As part of the improvement project, site furnishings are being replaced in Barski Park, the peninsula at Figure Four Lake, and within Waterside Village Park. This phase of the project began on November 15 and is expected to be completed on November 24. Several benches, tables, and waste receptacles remain in place and are available for use throughout District parks and common areas while construction is underway. Thank you for your patience during this process.

For questions and additional information please contact MUD 118 through the District website’s contact page at www.FBMUD118.com/contact/ or by telephone to the District’s Park Facility Manager at (832) 956-0868.
